The basketball courts continue to be the main attraction for non residents. Put up the fence around the courts with locks like the tennis court. Also, put up signs that say that if trash if left around courts the goals will be taken down or just put a special lock on the new fenced gate so they get no use. Install a security gate at the entrance to the amenity area that can be accessed by only WS residents. If people start driving over the curbs to use the area then call the police. The board needs to do multiple things to make access to our area as difficult as possible for non residents. Spend some money and do something and quit discussing it to death.
