Yes, Pat I was in Edmonton at the AGM. I am not aware that there was a convention there aswell. If you were a Progressive Conservative you would know the difference. To the best of my knowledge there was no motion to oust Mr. Orchard out of the party. So you must have attended a different function than I did. Maybe we'll meet at the leadership selection convention in Toronto. There we will let the ballots do the talking as to where the majority of Progressive Conservatives stand. I am referring to true PCers, not the sharade that is going on in my riding in BC. 2/3rds of my riding protest against supporting the PC party but are quite happy to support Mr. Orchard. I sat at breakfast today with a young student who was signed up by Mr. Orchard. However, after grilling Mr. Orchard about the fundamentals of our economics, trade and a few other things, these students decided that Mr. Orchard was "off the wall" and would not pass economics 101. They will not be supporting Mr. Orchard. As I said yesterday before I met this student,I was sure our youth would understand this. It seems my prayer was answered today.
