Of course if he knows how he could do an r&r he may or may not be assigned a different # depending on his provider - but that # also will remain static and assigned to him. Since his endeavors on the boards have been innocuous and just childish and not a violation of any internet 'rules' that I'm aware of I think it is best to just let him play his lonely little games and ignore him.
