I saw Peal Harbour, and I found it quite moving. Maybe it had something to do with my childhood. My stepfather was an island boy. He was one of those in the fields on the mountain side who watched the whole thing go down. When I was growing up, Pearl Harbour was always in view from my family's picture window, especially the Arizona memorial, glistening white in the sunlight in the distance. The movie's love story wasn't half bad, but perhaps I was in a super sappy mood.
