well the final numbers for our (the BBQ Boyz) upcoming winery catering job stand at 275. a far cry from the 150-200 originally expected. since it is a per plate price i guess the more the merrier. we will be serving dinner rolls, beans, slaw, BB ribs, and chicken breast, buffet style. hope the weather holds out, it should be a hoot.
