Hey Mop!

I'm not sure what's up with Earl today, I haven't heard from him or received any pictures all day.

Overall the pigroast went quite well. We had about a 70 pound pig which was done on the rotisserie in about 6 hours. Had a few of Earl's family there to help us eat it up, and also had a nice visit from Peter on this board, who drove down from Grand Valley to say hi.

We couldn't have asked for a better test run. There were some errors made but that was the purpose for having this thing to begin with. We'll do a couple of things differently next time and hopefully get a little closer to competition quality. I'll leave most of the details for Earl to tell you, I don't want to hijack his story.
