Subject: Reg, I bought a deep fryer

Reg, Canadian Tire had a 50% off sale last week on the deep fryers, I bought a TFal Prissima for $59.00 marked down from $120.00.

Last night I had my parents over for some drinks and chicken wings.

I picked up a nice big pack of fresh Maple Leaf Prime wings from Costco and a jar of Anchor Bar Original Wing Sauce.

It was probably the fourth or fifth time using the fryer but the wings were monumental.

They were the best wings I have ever done,
I was getting pretty good at grilling them on a consistant basis but these ones were in a different league than any grilled wings I have done...

The wings were small, I don`t care for the large 'roaster' style wings, I like them where you just get a nice bite from each one, that way I can eat 20 or 25 of them....

It will be a while before I grill them again, thats for sure.
