Hi there bud. Long time no hear. I was expecting you at the chat because I have a question concerning your deviled eggs: I'm having people over this weekend for a Q. Because of time constraint I am assuming I can do the eggs the day before. But you know about assuming... Will this work? Last but not least. I have no apple wood. It'll be either cherry or pecan. What do you suggest? How's sputnik doing?
