I am a mother of a 21yr. old son with dislexia. He has been diagnosed since elementry. Now that he's a young adult he is feeling the pressure even more cause all of his friends are in college and working without a problem. My son wants desparately to go to college but feels so overwhelmed with the intre. exams act and tia that are required to even be considered. I feel so helpless as a parent cause i am scared for him to feel more failure. He is good in math but his reading, writing and penmanship are bad. Please! advise me on how to help him help himself.
