I think know why dyslexic students don't ask for accommodations. you see I am 1 of those students who preferred not have accommodations even though I really need some classis. This is something I noticed while attending universities Kansas when I had my accommodations in my art history class it made so I did not actually have to learn any information to get a good grade in the class but when I did not have my accommodations I felt that I was learning more formation then with accommodations. What most universities offer for accommodations do not really help the students that are learning disabled. As you know we are all very different people specially when it comes learning.
