"The River Moss"

Sunlight shines through the trees
Butterflys flit by with ease
The wind is rustling the leaves
While birds fly wherever they please

The water rushes by so clear and blue
A river so wide and hard to cross
'Tis only done daily by otter and shrew
I watch them from the banks of River Moss

Wildflowers growing by the shore
I'll pick them for tonight at the feast
Food piled 'til the tables fit no more
And plenty will be served for each beast

The sun shines on the water spray
Reflecting a rainbow of color against the blue sky
What a lovely summer's day
In the Summer of the White Birds that Fly
