Spots backs off and lets the mare have her space.

Amber watches in disbelief as the mare gives born to one foal and then a second. She knew she needed to get in and clean the foals and try to save the mare. She goes and rubs the foals dry and clean. She puts foal blankets on them and then she turns her attention to the mare. She gets a stethoscope and litens to the mare's heart and lungs. She tries to get her up...

Spots goes in and licks the foals trying to get them up.
