The mare's auids snapped back against the dial when the other mare approached. She realized she was trying to comfort her but she wanted none of it.

*A few Hours Later*

Tainted lay lathered in sweat her breathing was shallow though her stumach had shrunk considerably. Ebony lids covered her mahogany pools since after the brith she was was to week to rise ene to lay on her sternum. In the begging behind her two tiny forms struggled in their placentas and withtheir umbilical cords. The mare had some how given brith to twins, live twins at that. But she was paying the price.
