The first time was the day I got it delivered it my house in early 2004; I sat and read the entire thing in 45 minutes, which was easy since the printing was bigger and (most of*) the chapters are shorter than the ones in Gut Feelings. And, yes, the potty mouth is in this one as well; there's one part in the book that I'm sure will make you laugh and say "that's Carnie."
