I haven't got the CD yet (will find a way to get it soon), so I can't comment on the packaging as a whole. I will say though that the cover of the album is proof for me that the budget was tight and/or the album was rushed; I still can't get over how cheap and thrown together the cover is.

Hopefully the next album that Big 3 releases has liner notes that are like the lullabye album; also, I hope that she has dark hair on the cover of the next one, as I will never be a fan of her blonde hair.

Yes, the overall quality of this release is merely satisfactory unfortunately. I have to agree on the hair color....I prefer her as a brunette....highlights are good but complete blonde is too much I think.

There's a review at Amazon where the reviewer said that this Christmas album pales in comparison to Hey Santa and that "the orchestration and band reminds me more of an accompaniment tape that people use at weddings" and from what you say above, it sounds like that you would agree with that statement.

From the clips I've heard the only song that sound like it has a quality music sound to it is the original. I haven't listened to the entire songs yet since I got the album but am afraid it may be the way I feel about the album as well. I think part of me is holding off listening to it because I'm afraid to be too disappointed based on just the few sound clips I've heard.
I'll be sure to post my personal review here and at amazon.com after I give a full listen.

It's a holiday album and they can get away with the production.

But my golly such rotten holly the packaging and bad photo editing the cd's like out of a .99 cent discounted bin. It's darn awful! Oh well it's too late now.

Girls release a new album with new material and I would get the CD even if it was sold from someone else's basement. Go indie! Go rock!

I can't believe the spice rack is doing favorably! I hate them!

I am really disappointed by the cover shot. I KNOW it could have been better. I think that it is a good album, though. It does the job. I mean what can you REALLY expect out of a Christmas album? Ok a lot. Well.....BTW to me this is no different than Chynna doing a christian album.

PS The Zoggy, what is the status of "Wendy Dance"?
