I've been watching every episode as well and must say I've been disappointed. First of all, the show should be an hour, not 30 minutes. More like 20 minutes after all the damn commercials. And yes, there should be much more emphasis on the music aspect of the show! Enough shoveling horse shit and seeing who can burp the loudest already! Get down to the damn music and creativity! I am a country music fan and just think it's ridiculous to have spent this much time on BS and the show is over already. We've barely seen anything to do with their songwriting process or recording. Very disappointing.

Yes, it's been entertaining to watch....I just wish there was more of it to see and more focus on the music.

Here's hoping Carnie wins! And if not....maybe she'll still pursue country music! I think the potential is there....and even more so with Wendy and her as a duo in country music.

I was very disappointed. I thought she did very well. And Julio was the least "country" in my opinion.

Hopefully that doesn't stop her from trying out the country scene. That might be the only way that we can get all original songs from her, since the lullabye and Christmas albums didn't have that many originals.

I am so disappointed I'm sick! Carnie's song is awesome and she sang so well! I thought Maureen had a great song too....but Julio? He just sounds like his brother Enrique....it's latin pop, not country. He not once was portrayed as having any passion for pursuing this opportunity if given to him. Maybe that was all the editing but it still didn't seem he really was in this to win it.

I sure hope that John Rich will consider cutting Carnie's song as a single...with her as the performer, not someone else! I truly think Carnie could cross over well to country. It's just a damn shame she didn't win.

You can go to cmt.com to see her entire performance. It's really good, so check it out! :)
