 From what I can see, as a ratepayer in the DWSD, I pay a water rate to them (which has gone up considerably over the last couple years) and I also pay town taxes to upkeep the Kenwood water supply district. Is this true?
If so, I am already paying for a town water system, as well as paying for a private water system.
Unless.. does the town have a water fee for members of that district as well?
Because I am not a part of it, maybe I just don't know all the facts.
