Your comments about the trucking company suit are a perfect example of why it has become important for the board to have a public position on the real issues in these matters.
As you point out, you have only heard one side of this suit and unless those with correct information make it public, you will only get one side. The lawyers that file this type of suit depend on one sided publicity to intimidate.
Then they pick up all the local internet trolls and other fools who know nothing about the case (other forum sites)to use it for their underhanded purposes.
Because I know this site is watched, I'm not going to get into the facts, but the public record on this matter will put a whole different light on it.
I don't know why you are leaving us but I hope you are happy in your new home. I wish other forum posters were as honest and upfront as you have been
