I am not an official, but I have one child that Dracut may not be able to accommodate next year so I am going to put in my 2 cents.

Whether your child goes to public school or not, the parent, residing in Dracut pays taxes for that school.

No one has the right to stop the child from attending after school activities. Their place in that school is paid for already, whether the child attends or not.

Just my opinion, but I would be one that would start a 'stink' if they denied my child access.
