Gee, Art, it's kinda hard to talk from that place. Talk about it is different. One way to picture primal insanity is as the place where our most transcendent aspects get in cahoots with our most broken. Where our fundamental soul nature has found itself forced to compromise something essential in order to be here. I recently took what I feel was my initial plunge into primal insanity territory. There, i could not trust anything about myself. Shocking to discover that. Not able to know what might come out in response to others, I even considered I might oughta take a break from mentoring. But the major confusion of it dispersed fairly rapidly, so I didn't have to do that. Instead I reduced the frequency of sessions with my mentees from once a week to once every other week, in order to take off some of the pressure. Which has worked so far.
