catholics appear to consider the Pope christs REPRESENTATIVE on earth but they do not believe in him as Christ.

Yes but then the nice protestant church turns round and says to its Catholic brother in christ you cannot be saved cos your a catholic. Strange Catholics think the BEST way to have salvation is through Christ and the best way not to loose the plot and go astray is to belong to the Church.

Catholics should pray THROUGH not TO; those who loose the plot and pray to have missed the point of the cathecism.

Scuse me; the anglican church and other churches also allow for confession of sins to pastors, vicars and so on. The catholic church is set up so that someone in need of confession may do so to a human who happens to be showing Christ to them.

BOTH agree there is a spiritual reality and mystery of being in communion with Christs body. (church)

Lets see the core beliefs are shared and frankly the catholic church has less scary occult practises tagged in on it than some charismatic churches.
