I have to side with Rob on this issue. However, you are taking your logic a bit too extreme, Rob. If life in America is a game which must be played, and we must all play within the confines of the rules of the game, then the same thing can be said of simply being alive. After all, we all have a starting point (birth) and an ending point (death), we all must eat, we all must deficate and urinate, and we all must drink. The choices are merely illusions, i.e.; Where shall I deficate this evening? -or- Where shall I sleep this evening? -or- I wonder if those poppy seeds would be good to eat? We all must take a dump (just listen to conservative talk radio!), we all must sleep, and we all trip out if we eat poppy seeds (just listen to conservative talk radio!). Is there an echo in here?
If the above is true, then who, or what, are we a slave to? God perhaps? Ourselves? Our instincts? It gets more complicated from there, but if you are host to the same extreme views as my good friend Rob is, it's simple. We are all born into slavery.
I believe in looking at the glass as having some liquid in it that I must keep from the Morons.
