I came in to work today and walked to my Tech Lead to discuss some issues that I was having with a case, only to have my senses violated by a CNN video he was watching of the antenna repair guy from P.A. getting his head sawed off. I could not believe what I was seeing.

As appalled as I am at what our troops have been doing to Iraqi people, I find myself eager for the taste of muslim blood over this savage treatment of a non-combatant. If it were a Marine being beheaded, at least I would have the solace provided by the knowledge that, statistically, he would have killed a dozen Iraqis before he was brutally murdered. But this was a civillian that was in Iraq to work for the Iraqi people.

Right now I believe that we should summarily execute all insurgents. If I were still in the Marines, I would be killing every armed insurgent or even dissenter I saw. We need to get our act together in Iraq by irradicating the disease entrenched in the sqalors of cities like fallujah. We should treat it like the cancer it is and irradiate it out of existence. Iraq needs kemotherapy.

They have effectively demonstrated a hatred for us that can never be cured. Regardless of the cause, this must be dealt with. Hatred and intolerance such as this is something that we have not been able to completely remove from our own society, so how can we hope to destroy it in a place so heavily saturated with it?
