Heroin and cocaine are currently not popular, XTC and GHB are. XTC is tested by the government to make sure nobody gets a bad pill and dies.

No, I don't think so, we do. We live in a small country with thousands of people that don't even speak our language, other that are badly integrated and everyone getting on everyone's nerves.

I'm just pointing out our situation is different than that of France and Germany.

I live in the heart of Rotterdam, yes. But I live to the North, it's not so bad here, the ghettos are to the south. And even those aren't that bad.
