Subject: Just checking in. I must have missed the disappearing posts. All seems right now. Just wanted to check in before leaving for my second job. Went to the eye doc today and need new specs. The price is horrendous! I realize the need for yearly eye exams, but the cost of glasses has really risen in our area. $450 buckeroos! Yea, I have astigmatism, and am blind as a bat without glasses AND am now in bifocals. Gheesh, I really don't feel as old as these new specs are making me feel. (sigh) Ok, end of rant. How is everyone else?
