Hay and Carolyn Myss (Anatomy of the Spirit) have become like "must reads" - sometimes the 'cause' or affirmation may feel a bit 'off' but it helps lead you to the reason that works for you...hehe check out the 'possible cause' for migraines *whistles innocently*
