Subject: A new question for you!

Have you ever wished something bad to a person, and then it happened (or something similar), and you felt like sh$§ about it? Did you get some kind of absolution, or is it still bothering you?

[> Fortunately that never happened to me. I have wished for circumstances to change, and that came true. Sometimes in a bad way, like losing a job. But when I wished my teacher to be dead in school, that didnīt happen. Thank God!*lol* -- Martina, 09:43:49 10/08/03 Wed

[> I am going to confess that I have, indeed, had nasty thoughts about a few other people (who were just downright nasty themselves). I could picture them meeting all sorts of terrible tragedies (wicked, arent' I?) However, I only wished them half-heartedly and nothing ever happened (whew!). I know I would have felt terrible if it had! -- Brenda, 11:07:13 10/08/03 Wed

[> Well I must confess I have had nasty thot's about what people "deserve" but try not to think about them too much. I guess I feel that if you think hard enough, you CAN actually send alot of negative energy their way. I don't recall if any time I did this, something actually happened but most of the time just thinking that I wished something bad would happen to them made me feel bad myself. Maybe that's transferrence of some kind. If you think really bad thot's about someone else, does the negative energy flow back into you? Not sure about that one. Makes some sense tho'. I've always lived by the "Do what ye will but harm none" way of thinking. I spose it's not horrible if you just think it as long as you don't spend alot of energy actually "wanting" something bad to happen to someone. Unfortunately I believe that it's in our human nature to think these things. -- Lori, 18:34:55 10/08/03 Wed

[> [> I am not sure about the backflow. Do all those voodoo priests and black magic people get the bad energy back??? About the intensity, well, if we could actually wish someone else dead JSīs ex-wife wouldnīt be alive any more.*VBG* -- Martina, 03:50:29 10/09/03 Thu

[> I posted this because a friend told me she once had a really horrible boss and she was so desperate that she wished him to die. He was a tyrant, and she was crying every day. She then got a new job and heard that he really had died, a horrible death! Of course she wouldnīt ever wish THAT on anybody. She feels kinda guilty still, and takes care of her thoughts now.*g* -- Martina, 03:40:41 10/09/03 Thu
