Subject: Click ---- HERE---- about the Rooibos tea!!! this sounds like a good alternative! I like it vanilla flavoured *G* but it tastes very good natural as well!!!
In reply to: Antje 's message, "yes, true about the chocolate, I forgot. We've these instand cocoa powder, my sons love to drink it in milk, but you're right about the caffeiine of course! You know when it's cold outside a hot water with some fresh lemon juice and sugar is a nice drink too. We often serve this "vitamine C bomb" when we've a cold :-) I think herbal teas is an excellent idea (or Roibos tea. it's an african plant, tastes like black tea, you can get it flavored and it's high on vitamin C and other good stuff, NO caffeine at all!) and also the health food store. If you like Ron, I'd be willing to send you some Carokaffee over, just give me your address! I'd be happy to send some! :-)" on 17:08:02 11/04/03 Tue

Funny, I can drink coffee in the am no prob but a cup of tea will double me over. Rooibos is the only tea I can drink in morning. The tea is good for those with digestive problems and even with skin problems. -- JeanClaire*, 22:13:51 11/04/03 Tue
