Ok, so the continuaton of the Faith-Wood pairing caught me totally by surprise last night. I didn't appreciate those people who argued that ME was "trashing" Faith's character with the Wood hook-up because Eliza wouldn't agree to the spin-off, but I never thought they'd pay it off so well.

Wood was awesome! He's got the authority of the Mayor combined with the sensitivity of Angel and a wicked sense of humor all his own. At first I thought their pairing was another unlikely ship patched together for convenience (a la Kennedy-Willow), but he's exactly what Faith needs in her life. I'm happy to watch this ship sail off into the sunset together.

Faith & Wood, baby.

SotD: I grew up on this show. I watched since day 1 and stuck by it faithfully for 7 years. And I don't regret a second. This is my favorite show and it will always live on.
