Cheryl that web site i sent you is awesome. all of those people there have diabetes and are helpful and you can just read and learn you don't have to post if you don't want to but they talk about diet and carbs and all that fun stuff, I was learkign there when i was pre diabetic but i am okay now. there is another site I have heard about that is also good. I had a borderline problem last year with my sugars but i cleaned up my act and ate a little better and it went down to 75 so i am okay for now. you have to be careful on that site i sent you as they have a lot of rules and if you break them you get banned. I have been bammed many times myself but i always get back in with the moderators, just read the posting rules. I will send you another great web site to your e mail as well.
