Marlene,

As you know I have been through 3 emergency surgeries with Seneca, 2 of which were for blockages from eating "inedible" items... (Berber carpet and a wool sock). The first time we were able to easily convince the vet that blockage was the issue, but the second time because we were not home to see her eat the sock, the vet made us wait almost a week before he would do the surgery! She dropped from 58 pounds to 43 in just that one week and I thought she looked emaciated! Good Luck - I know that he is in good hands - what are you feeding him and how often? Senny was on a vet authorized high calorie/canned puppy food after her surgeries eating about 6 - 8 very small meals a day...

Thank you - you and TBG (the big guy) are the best!!!!
