Yeah, that whole message was incredibly lame. Anyone who spent any amount of time on GAFF would know that Heywood does not have a huge ego...he doesn't ask for people's adoration, and he quite often tactfully ignores it when he gets it. He's just a cool person. There are many cool people on this forum, and just to mention a few, Snorkle and Tilly and King Doom and Wandering Namek and Mimi and Ayezur, plus tons more. Heywood just has this ability to stand out because of his...unique offerings and other characteristics. This is not to say that plenty of other people don't also stand out. We have a lot of really awesome posters on this forum, and they all deserve respect, not just Heywood. Anyone who spent a decent amount of time here would understand that and would know that Heywood does not invite all that attention nor attempt to monopolize it.

I don't think this is an MKIceman sockpuppet. The writing style is very different. The sentiments expressed are similar to MKIceman's, but at most I would guess that the board poster Superfly referred to, who left, was MKIceman. Don't know though, because Superfly referred to this poster as female, and MKIceman is pretty openly male, so that'd only be true if Superfly were obtuse and oblivious to the obvious...which is a distinct possibility.

Who really cares, though...WE know the quality of people who post on GAFF. We don't need to worry about some idiot who only knows what he heard from someone else who used to post here.
