Well, in that case I'll bring up three fusions from 2002, the Glorious Summer of Simpsons Fusions/Crossovers/things. Unfortunately while Simpsons fics are comparitively rare, the things they're crossed with are very common, so they only half meet VP19's original spec. But I do think they're good examples of comedic parody crossovers.
Don't read the reviews. They're full of spoilers.

"Frinky Fantasy" by Sheana Molloy. (<a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.simpworks.com/fanfiction/artists/smolloy/writing/thefinalfrinkyfantasy.doc">.doc</a>) (<a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.simpworks.com/steven/frinkfan.txt">.txt</a>)
"Thanks to an accident caused by his assistant Balphazar, Frink and said assistant are thrown into a crazed alternate world resembling 'Final Fantasy VII' and must help fight in order to get the world back to the way it was."

"<a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.simpworks.com/fanfiction/simpmoon/simpmoon1.shtml">Pretty Soldier Simpson Moon</a>" by Steven Scott
Simpsons/Sailor Moon/general anime. This is mine, and while there's a lot I need to go back and fix (including a few disruptive authors notes - I should know better) I'm pretty proud of it. Summary: Lisa is chosen to be a pretty suited soldier for love and justice and finds her world rapidly making less and less sense every day. Alas, it doesn't get going until the second or third part.
