Wow. I must have missed the memo where they told us that all adult material is better than non-adult material. So if it's R or NC-17 it's automatically better, huh?

Nahh. I might entertain the possibility that NC-17 fics are necessarily crap, however. But there's some truly great literature out there that's G or PG.

Writing about adult themes does not automatically make you act like an adult. In other words, adult != mature.
