Even better is to see it as objectively as possible, with no defenses. Simple presentation of facts, and a list of providers that meet the priorities (along with the extent to which they meet them).

I only mention this because I do not strongly support or favor NEXTwebSite as much as my posts might appear, for I have no desire to see GAFF limited by such small logistics (i.e., space and bandwidth). But I did support it more than other mentioned alternatives because it met the priorities better than said alternatives.

Past tense, though, since we will have to see if a negotiated contract with the Canadian provider will yield better results.

Not to mention that this is entirely contingent upon the GAFF Team's decision whether or not to pay for a site.
