I don't see anything like that around the TOS and agreements, I'll have to ask them about it.
The words "Policy and Terms of Agreement" seem rather like a contract or agreement to me, if only a secondary one, and I don't want to be surprised in six months by somebody popping up and saying "Yeah, by the way, these terms you agreed to by being here..."
I just wonder why they would go through the trouble of maintaining all these separate contracts and then posting those guidelines if they were to be negotiated away...

Nor did I ask you to. This is a case of playing Devil's Advocate for each other, as far as I gather. Points out all the possibilities, better to have everything worked out in advance than be surprised.
