And unfortunately rare.

I had a similar experience yesterday with an author who wrote me an email annoyed at my review. I expounded on it and cleared up some confusion and she ended up thanking me for giving her a new plot idea.

There's one of those for every three who say, "Great advice--if I were writing an English paper," and "U MEENIE!! U SUK!"
