Ok. This is where I have to say something. I joined the Invision board less than a month ago. Before March, I'd never even heard of Godawful FanFiction. So I don't even know what the "original GAFF principles" are. I wasn't here then, lo those many moons ago. Matt, I respect that you have been a GAFFer for quite a while, and that you have strong opinions about the changes that have occurred over the years. But where does that leave posters like me? Does this make me a fangirl, just because I've come to this community far later? And I do mean community, because the reason I stopped lurking, and the reason I've stuck around, is that I feel welcome and accepted at GAFF. I like the atmosphere. I like the posters. And it's probably far beyond my place to say this, but honestly, you making Heywood the poster child for all the things you don't like about the way the community is now is a bit unfair. I can see why you feel that way, but I really don't feel that the open forum is the place to air personal grievances.
