In addition to my previous post, I will qualify my remarks about the legal rights of non-paying customers:

While they can still file legal complaints about organizations that violate their contracts (which is not applicable to GAFF since GAFF violated the contract, not InvisionFree), would they want to? If they can't afford to pay for a favorable service in the first place, would they want to pay the legal expenses to discredit and damage or destroy a non-profit organization that wouldn't have the assets to make it worthwhile? Furthermore, how easy is it to file a lawsuit against a fly-by-night Internet organization? And how easy is it merely to find another free provider?

That's why you see more lawsuits against profit organizations and large, reputable non-profit organizations than these tiny little places that you find on the Internet. But just because that's all you see doesn't mean that that's all that is possible.
