There's another thing to consider besides the anatomy. Sometimes birds will try to mate with humans-- but those birds have all IMPRINTED on humans. They were raised by or at least handled by humans early in their lives and consequently belive themselves to be human.

Birds are wired to respond to the first large animal they see as their parent. 99% of the time this works fine, for the large animal they see is their mother. the imprinitng goes awry when its NOT their mother they see.

Birds learn both identity and behavior from their parents.

What all this means is that the ONLY way a dinosaur would even WANT to mate with a human would be if it had imprinted on humans. If that was the case, it would not be living in the wild, because it would not have learned proper raptor behavior. Birds that imprint on humans also tend not to last long in the wild because they haven't learned proper bird behavior.
