Subject: Nah man, he's like Anelka and Collymore in that he's a great individual player, but his effect on a team's morale is usually devastating. He is just the prime example of the arrogant 'star player' you find in a lot of situations from school teams upwards who always slags off everyone else in their side and then wonders why they always lose.
In reply to: Jelly 's message, "Is that the same "Irish Nation" , 96% of whom have backed Keane's return to the squad. You ask any players in that squad and they will tell you (if they're being honest) that without Keane they wouldn't have qualified. Just ask Germany and Cameroon if they are happy with Keane being out of the squad or not, that should give you a big hint of his worth to them. Keane is a tool, I agree with you (all) on that, but there is no way they are better off without him." on 11:33:37 05/28/02 Tue
