Subject: Is there any truth ti this? It was on another site.

I knew this was coming. The NMMA after this season will officially be dead. Joe will drop that sorry stinkin' banner because he will realize it is an endless pit that gives nothing back to the sport. Once the NMMA season began, he has seen a etreme drop in car counts. I feel sorry for the guy. He's waited since 1997 when he built the track to get the Nationals, and just when the guy finally gets what he's earned and deserves, he will probably have the lowest total car count in Nationals history.

It seems everybody has wised up to this sorry organization. We pay $85 just to get a stupid magazine. A horrible magazine at that. There are a number of things that have led to this. Old, out-dated rule books, constant favortism amongst members, inconsistent calls by referees, board members that should have been out of there 20 years ago, the lack of wanting to better the sport and only wanting to keep it the same forever, and overall bad attitudes.

You've done this to yourselves NMMA. Everybody is sick and tired of your B.S. Your rulebook should have been shredded 5 years ago, and had a complete restart. Your Nationals are some of the sorriest racing and biggest jokes I have ever been a part of or have ever seen. Every single race is a 1 lane, rubbered down, no passing, tire chewing, hard on equipment, if there is a wreck the benefit of the doubt always go to the member that has been with the NMMA the longest, and only the top 10 in points from last year get to have numbers 1 through 10. To me, that is one of the stupidest rules I have ever heard of. Again, the NMMA is on its last leg. Like a wounded dog, they just continue to limp around until someone finally puts them down. After OKlahoma drops the boat anchor next year and gets rid of the NMMA, that sorry sanction and organization will sink into the black abyss and darkest part of the ocean, never to be seen again. The Mariana Trench is the deepest part of the ocean, and that is exactly where the NMMA belongs, never to be seen again.

Anyone other then Joe Smiley disagree with me?
