Walter, we run a bypass system. A line back to the tank after the pump. We have a kinsler pill box to regulate how much fuel is allowed back to the tank. There are different size pills to use to get different pressures to your carbs. You may have a float valve sticking. I'm not sure if this is helpful or not. Feel free to call me with any questions.
