Subject: Shoestring Wants To Thank You

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone who braved the Indiana roads to attend our show, the Hoosier Racers Swap Meet 5 in Kokomo!

While the weather definitely hampered the turnout, the amount of people that didn't let the weather beat them was amazing!!! Thank you! The strength of the show was very evident. And, judging by what our vendors had to say, you folks were busy doing a lot of "wheelin' & dealin'" too!!!

To our vendors who dealt with less than ideal conditions to unload and load, thank you! From what I heard from a lot of you, the extra effort was worth it!

To Dave Argabright, Bob East, Earl Gaerte, Rollie Helmling, Larry Rice, and Jiggs Thomason: Thank you for making the trip for our roundtable, when you just as easily could have used a weather excuse. And while I am mentioning people who are good for their word, we should also mention Gene Nolen in that fine group also!

To our friends/help: Mary & Rob Botts, Rose Calabrase, The Kercher family, Dru & D.O. Laycock, Judy (Speedwaygirl) Morris, "Bullring" Kevin Oldham, Fred Possman, Kimb Stewart, and Mary & Danny Williams! Thank you for not only being there, but also... Well... Being there.

We hope to have some news on next years show hopefully some time next month... Please look for it.........PLEASE ;)
