Subject: Praying that all those in the path of Isabel are safe. Angie, Jeff, and Joan in NC, and my cousin BJ in Maryland are getting extras

Got a message from my cousin this afternoon, their lights have been flickering off and on all afternoon and she said a transformer right in front of her house was buzzing like it was going to blow anytime.
