A year ago I looked more like a Puffin or a penguin, short and fat. I've lost 46 lbs. in the past 11 months, however, I still am short and pudgy. I seem to have hit a "weight plateau" though, and I can't seem to break it, haven't lost anything in a couple of weeks now. Guess I have to give up the M&M's and ice cream too, eh? Well, at least I cut my waistline down to just over half my height; it was getting close to being a tie there.
