We all have times in our lives like that.. Our lives are like mountains and valleys..

I have a book and the audio tape called "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff and it is All Small Stuff"..

Here is an excerpt:

"A powerful technique for becoming more peaceful is to be aware of how quickly your negative and insecure thinking can spiral out of control. Have you ever noticed how uptight you feel when you're caught up in your thinking? And to top it off, the more absorbed you get in the details of whatever is upsetting you, the worse you feel." When you realize your thoughts are starting to snowball, take a step back.

"Ask yourself the question, Will this matter a year from now?"
Take your situation and think about yourself as in the future. Is your present situation going to matter next year? Sometimes it puts the situation in perspective.

I LOVE THIS NEXT ONE..

"Cut yourself some slack"

Hugs Angie, hopes this helps!
