This is the same journey that my mother made, and for the most part, that I made. My brother is not that close to me, emotionally. Even though he only lives 350 miles from us, I seldom hear from him and I haven't seen him since we brought my mother's things back from New Orleans. My prayers and thoughts will be with you and your friend. I know that He is watching over her mother.
