Marz pulled Tristan closer, his senses still reeling from the beautifully prolific experience he shared with his lover. Vaguely, he wondered why he often lusted after others like Rowan, when he knew that sex with anyone other than Tristan would be dull in comparison. Only with his soulmate could he soar to such fantastic heights.

Once his heart stopped racing and the feelings of euphoria started to fade, he thought about what occurred as they reached the peak of sexual fulfillment. Since he wasn't into things of a metaphysical nature, it was hard for him to conceive of having a spiritual body that could move about so freely. But, how else could he explain being in two places at once? He felt his physical self locked in an embrace with Tristan on the bed, yet knew that another part of him was in that room with Eremis.

Marz brushed sweat dampened hair from Tristan's brow. He was surprised that he wasn't angry at the dragon for thinking about the healer while they made loved. Maybe that was because he knew how worried Tristan was about his friend, and worry could make people do strange things.

He was aware of the fact that Tristan had directed the entire spiritual journey using his Chi, or whatever, to fuel them. Taking them directly to Eremis took a lot of mental focus and control; two things that Marz wasn't very good at yet. While they were merged, both mentally and physically, he felt his lover take charge, manipulating whatever power Marz possessed. Somehow, Tristan had bent that power to his will, nearly making them materialize completely in another place. It was almost as if they had teleported, but lost control before their physical bodies could catch up to their spiritual ones.

"Do you believe what we just did?" Tristan asked.

After shrugging his shoulders, Marz kissed his lover's cheek. "I believe it but I'm still not sure how the hell we did it." His hand drifted lazily along Tristan's hip as he thought back to what he saw during their unique experience. Kisa was present in the room with Eremis. The horned youth that they saw in the crystal ball earlier was also there. Everyone sat within the kitchen of what appeared to be a rather quaint home.

"Eremis looked pretty good except for a slightly blackened eye," he said, meeting Tristan's gaze. "I mean, he's not bound and gagged or being tortured, so that should relieve some of your worry. Kisa and that street kid where with him so he's not alone. I'm sure they're offering him comfort, and taking good care of him. All in all, he's doing a hell of a lot better than I expected, Tris."

When Eremis ran toward them, Marz noticed that his pupils were huge. That indicated heavy drug use but since they already knew he was probably addicted that wasn't much of a shock. The healer's manner of dress was more of a surprise to Marz. His attire resembled what hookers working in high-classed brothels wore. Either Eremis had found the clothing and had nothing else to wear, or he was already selling his body for drugs. That made sense if he no longer had Tegol around to supply him with what he now needed. He found it quite difficult to imagine the shy, innocent healer performing sexual acts in exchange for drug money. Most of the weaker willed whores that Marz had come in contact with, ended up having breakdowns and eventually took their own lives. Hopefully, Eremis had enough inner strength to keep him from snapping or going completely insane.

"Well, we know that Kisa and Eremis got away from the crimelord," Marz said, staring off in the distance. "Tegol might have had them stashed in another city and that's why Eremis hasn't shown up at the tavern yet." He scratched his chin while his brow furrowed in thought. "But I've seen that horned youth running through the streets of Bizmar. Maybe he was a prisoner of Tegol's as well and escaped along with Kisa and Eremis?" He took a deep breath and shook his head. "There's still too many unanswered questions, like why the hell isn't Eremis trying his best to get to the raking tavern if they ARE in Bizmar?"

After sharing a tender kiss with Tristan, Marz got off of bed. "I smell bacon and it's making me hungry!" He tossed the dragon his clothes then pulled on his own garments, which were relatively clean and wrinkle free, thankfully. Remembering Tristan's obsession with looking for people and things in the crystal ball, Marz shoved the thing into a deep pocket rather than his pack, which he often left lying around unattended.

Once they were ready they joined some of their friends that had already gathered around the campfire. Erlic and Tia looked happy and well rested, but Jeremy appeared to be a little upset or depressed about something. Marz shoved a mug of java into Tristan's hand then took a sip from his own cup before glancing at Erlic. "I closed the first chakra, sensai." The ex-gang leader sounded quite proud of himself. "Tristan will help me get started on the second one later, when we finish exploring the ruins."

Marz accepted a plate of food from Benis then took a look around the area. "Where the hell is everyone else? I wanna find out from Corum who won that treasure hunt game."
