Ravin laughed so hard, he had tears streaming down his face. It felt good to laugh though after feeling depressed most of the time lately. Hopefully, one day he would be able to forget about the love he had lost and be able to look forward to getting on with the rest of his life.

He took a step back from the tree he faced, and wiped the tears from his face. As he raised his ale flask to his lips he noticed something shiny protruding from a small hole in the tree. After a quick sip of ale, he poked a dagger into the hole just in case there was a snake or scorpion hiding it there along with the shiny object.

With nothing threatened his blade he sheathed it then gingerly placed his hand deep into the opening, pulling out a rather dirty flask a moment later. Since he could always use another to carry more ale in, he retrieved a kerchief from his pocket and began to wipe off the grime. He smiled as he did so, still thinking about how ridiculous the Jann looked trying to pass himself off as an ogre.
